If you use our return portal link to generate a label then the cost of the label is $30.00 which will fully cover and insure your item if lost/damaged during transit.
However, if you can find another carrier who will offer you cheaper postage then please feel free to return with them. Please note, we advise returning using the fully tracked service with the insurance, just in case your parcel is lost or stolen during transit as we cannot be held responsible for this unless you used our returns label which fully covers this.
